1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, only unused, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened, used, or damaged beauty products. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
